Training of Regional Instructors for Village Potential Data Collection (Podes) 2024

The Social Statistics Team of BPS Aceh Province conducted Regional Instructor Training (Inda) for the 2024 Village Potential Data Collection (Podes) online through Zoom Meeting from April 1 to 4, 2024. The training was opened by the Head of BPS Aceh Province, Ahmadriswan Nasution.

The training, which was attended by Inda candidates from all BPS districts/cities in the province of Aceh, aimed to equip participants with an understanding of the concepts and definitions as well as procedures for Podes 2024 data collection. The Inda will be tasked with training the Podes 2024 data collection field officers. The hope is that with the same understanding of the material and perception, Inda can convey the material well to the field officers to produce quality and accountable data.

Podes 2024 data collection is a data collection that produces important indicators of village development, namely the Village Index and the Geographical Difficulty Index (IKG).
