Focus Group Discussion on the Implementation of Aceh Sectoral Statistics in 2024

Tuesday, 23 July 2024 - Head of BPS Aceh, Ahmadriswan Nasution opened the Focus Group Discussion on the Implementation of Aceh Sectoral Statistics in 2024. Taking place at the Ayani Hotel Ballroom, 76 participants from Bappeda Aceh, Diskominsa and data producers of the Aceh Provincial Government as well as the Sectoral Statistics Development Team of BPS regency/municipality in Aceh discussed to build a better implementation of Aceh sectoral statistics.

The Head of the Aceh Communication and Signage Agency (Diskominsa), Marwan Nusuf, and his staff attended the opening ceremony. On this occasion, the Head of Diskominsa and the Head of BPS Aceh jointly signed the Joint Commitment of the National Statistics System (SSN). This moment symbolises the synergy between Diskominsa as the Walidata and BPS Aceh as the Data Supervisor in the One Data Aceh Forum to build a sectoral statistical system for policy making.

Representing the Aceh Development Administration Bureau, Mr. Alamsyah as the Coordinator of the P2K APBA Activity Controller as one of the producers of sectoral statistical data, expressed his hope that this collaboration would continue to stimulate statistical data literacy within the Aceh Provincial government to regency/municipality governments.
