Signing of Memorandum

Wednesday, September 11 2024, BPS Aceh Province signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Regional Representative Council (DPW) of the Indonesian Lecturers Association (ADI) Aceh in the Aceh Province BPS Release Room.

This event was witnessed by the Main Inspector (Irtama) of BPS, Dadang Hardiwan, who was optimistic that this collaboration would have many positive impacts. He also emphasized how important statistical literacy is, especially for universities as the dominant users of BPS data.

Chairman of DPW ADI Aceh, Prof. Syamsul Rijal, expressed his thanks and expressed hope that the synergy and collaboration between ADI and BPS will become stronger in the future. The Head of BPS Aceh Province, Ahmadriswan Nasution, welcomed this initiative and emphasized the commitment of BPS Aceh Province to continue to support wider use of statistical data and increase statistical literacy through synergy and collaboration with academic circles.
