Portrait of Aceh's Economy Ahead of NATARU

The Aceh Province Central Statistics Agency (2/12) released the development of several strategic data for November 2024. Based on this release, Aceh experienced month-to-month (m-to-m) inflation of 0.37 percent and year-on-year inflation (y-on-y) of 1.55 percent.

This release was delivered by the Head of Aceh Province BPS, Ahmadriswan Nasution, who was attended directly by the Acting Governor of Aceh, Mr. Safrizal ZA and the Aceh Regional Secretary's Economic Assistant, Mr. Zulfkifli.

The main contributor to inflation this month was the food, beverage and tobacco group, with a contribution to inflation of 0.35 percent. Some commodities that contribute significantly are tomatoes, onions, cooking oil, gold jewelry and household fuel.
