At the Wednesday Morning Briefing (Berapi), Aceh Province BPS held the 2025 Change Champion Election as a concrete step in sustainable organizational transformation (8/1/2025). This activity took place in a hybrid manner and was attended by BPS personnel throughout Aceh Province.
As many as eight of the nine candidates were present to convey their vision and mission. They are Wira Junardi, Nur Hasanah, Dina Nirmala Sari, Subhan, Muhammad Ridha, Akhmad Sugito, Raiski Ramadhoni, and Hendri Achmad Hudori. Meanwhile, one candidate, Rediansyah Arief, was unable to attend for previously confirmed reasons.
In general, the candidates carry an adaptive, innovative and collaborative spirit in supporting change for the better. The vision and mission of the candidates are in line with the vision and strategic objectives of BPS which further emphasizes the commitment to continue transformation.
The election process was carried out in a transparent and participatory manner by involving BPS personnel throughout Aceh Province to vote for the best figure who was deemed capable of being a driving force for change. Candidates who have conveyed their vision and mission and received voting support will still go through a series of selection stages to ensure they are ready to carry out their responsibilities as Change Champions.
Whoever is selected will carry the transformation baton to support BPS's vision. Let's wait for the official announcement of the winners and hope this spirit of change continues to inspire us all!
