Monday, February 24, 2025, BPS-Statistics of Aceh Province held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with two main agendas: determining the Integrated Statistical Service (ISS) standards for BPS-Statistics of Aceh Province and discussing the preparation of the Aceh in Figures 2025 in the release room on the 1st floor of BPS-Statistics of Aceh Province.
This event was opened by the Head of BPS-Statistics of Aceh Province, Mr. Ahmadriswan Nasution, and was attended by various stakeholders, including the Head of the Aceh Ombudsman, Mrs. Dian Rubianty, representatives from Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) Aceh, academics, journalists, community organizations, ISS service users, and Aceh Work Unit (SKPA) within the Aceh Government.
In the first session, participants discussed the draft service standards for the four types of services available at ISS. Then the draft was agreed upon and officially stipulated through the signing of the minutes of the determination of service standards and service information.
The next session focused on the discussion of the preparation of the Aceh in Figures 2025, which is scheduled to be released on February 28, 2025. Participants provided input on improving the quality of data and the relevance of the information presented in the publication to make it more useful for the community and policy makers.
Through this FGD, BPS-Statistics of Aceh is committed to continuing to improve the quality of public services and ensuring the availability of accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible data for all users.
