Aceh Economic Growth Quarter I-2025

Banda Aceh - May 5, 2025, Plt. Head of BPS-Statistics of Aceh Province, Tasdik Ilhamudin released a number of strategic indicators online. One of them is economic growth in the first quarter of the 2025.

Aceh's economy in the first quarter of-2025 experienced a growth of 4.59 percent (y-on-y) compared to quarter I-2024. However, when compared to the fourth quarter of 2024 (Q-to-Q), the Aceh economy experienced a contraction of 6.05 percent.

In addition to economic growth, the Aceh Province BPS also released employment data in February 2025 and the Gender Inequality Index (IKG) in 2024.
