Embracing the Prophet’s Exemplary Values in the Field of Statistics

On Saturday, September 26, 2026, BPS-Statistics Aceh Province commemorated the Birthday of Prophet Muhammad (Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW), coinciding with the 2026 National Statistics Day. The event was accompanied by a reflection session entitled “The Role of Statistics in the Islamic and Acehnese Context,” held in the Release Room of BPS-Statistics Aceh Province.

Featuring Ust. Dr. Mizaj Iskandar, Lc., L.LM., as the speaker, the event carried the theme “Honesty in Data, Integrity in Work, a Blessed and Prosperous Aceh.”

The commemoration of the Prophet’s Birthday served as an opportunity to reflect on and follow the Prophet Muhammad’s exemplary values of honesty and trustworthiness in daily life and in carrying out our duties.

For statistical personnel, honesty in data and integrity at work are more than just values. They are the foundation of every process involved in producing high-quality, reliable, and useful data for the community.
