Abstract

Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR) is a quantity that shows the amount of additional new capital (investment) needed to increase/add one unit of output. The study of ICOR becomes very important, because ICOR can reflect the amount of capital productivity, which in turn concerns the amount of economic growth that can be achieved.
