Paddy Producer Price Statistics of Aceh Province 2018

The publication of the 2018 Grain Producer Price Statistics is an annual publication issued by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The data presented in this publication is the price of grain producers both at the district and provincial levels during 2018. Some important things related to monitoring prices include number of observations, lowest / highest prices, average prices, and quality of harvested grain. Since the commodity of grain is still seen as a strategic commodity, the price mechanism at the farmer and milling level needs to be regulated by the government so that price stability can be monitored. In this regard, the government establishes a policy through Government Instruction (Inpres) No.53 of 2015 dated March 17, 2015. In this publication there is also a comparison between prices that occur in the market with Government Purchase Price (HPP) provisions.
