The Lhokseumawe City BPS office building located at Jln. H. Ramli Ridwan Mon Geudong, Lhokseumawe City was inaugurated on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. The inauguration was carried out by the Head of BPS Aceh, Ahmadriswan Nasution, together with the Acting Mayor of Lhokseumawe, A. Hanan, through a ribbon-cutting procession and rapa'i harbor.
At that happy moment, the inauguration was also enlivened by the presence of the Regional Secretary of Lhokseumawe City, T. Adnan, the General Head of BPS Aceh, Forkopimda plus Lhokseumawe City, Heads of BPS districts / cities in Aceh and the surrounding community. The Head of BPS Lhokseumawe City, Oriza Santifa, hopes that the new office building can motivate his staff to provide excellent service to the community.
Hanan in his speech congratulated the inauguration of the new BPS Lhokseumawe City building. He considered the role of BPS so important in recording the performance of the Lhokseumawe City government and hoped that good coordination between BPS and the local government could be maintained.
On that occasion, Ahmadriswan welcomed Hanan's hope by emphasizing BPS's commitment to continue to be an active partner for local governments through the provision of quality statistical data. He also advised that the ranks of BPS Lhokseumawe City can utilize the new building and its facilities as part of State Property (BMN) accountably with the 3E principle, namely Effective, Efficient, and Economical.
