Wednesday, March 20, 2024 - The Aceh Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights held a meeting in the framework of Monitoring & Evaluation of Public Service Quality Improvement through the Anti-Corruption Perception Survey (SPAK) & Service Quality Perception Survey (SPKP) in 2024 in its work environment. The event was held in a blended manner, combining online and offline participation of 37 Kemenkumham work units in the Aceh region.
The event was opened by Irfan, S.H., M.H, Head of the Human Rights Division of the Aceh Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. In the material session, Wahyu Agung Sutikno, Head of the BPS Aceh Sectoral Statistics Development Team explained the methodology and results of SPAK and SPKP. Through the delivery of the methodology, which also includes the method of calculation, participants are expected to understand the processes and techniques used in the two surveys. Thus, participants gained new insights and a better understanding of the importance of perception surveys in improving the quality of public services and tackling corruption.
