Labor condition in February 2016

The labor force in the province of Aceh in February 2016 reached 2.235 million, reduced by about 26 thousand people compared to the total labor force in February 2015 amounted to 2.261 million but increased by about 51 thousand people compared to August 2015 amounted to 2.183 million people. The number of people working in Aceh province in February 2016 reached 2.053 million, reduced by about 34 thousand people compared to the situation in February 2015 amounted to 2.087 million, but increased by about 87 thousand people compared to the situation in August 2015 amounted to 1.966 million people. Number of unemployed in February 2016 amounted to 182 thousand, an increase of about 7 thousand people compared to the situation in February 2015, which amounted to 175 thousand people. Compared to August 2015, the number of unemployed decreased by 35 thousand in the amount of 217 thousand people.
