Aceh Provincial Human Development Index 2022

The Human Development Index is a measure of overall development performance. This index is built through a three basic dimensional approach, namely long and healthy life, knowledge, and a decent life. The indicators representing these three dimensions are summarized in a single value, namely the Human Development Index (IPM).HDI figures are presented starting from the national, provincial and regancy/municipalitylevels. Presentation of HDI by region allows each province and regancy/municipalityto know the map of human development in terms of achievement, position, and inter-regional disparities. So it is hoped that each region can be motivated to strive to improve development performance through increasing the basic capacity of the population and human development.Aceh's HDI from 2011 to 2021 shows a significant increase. However, these achievements and progress still require serious attention due to the still high disparities in development achievements between regancy/municipality.This 2022 Aceh Province HDI publication describes the achievements of the Aceh Province HDI from 2011 to 2022. The presentation of the data and analysis included in it aims to provide an overview of the condition of human development in Aceh Province down to the regancy/municipality scope.
