Banda Aceh (22/2), BPS Aceh held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the Publication of Aceh in Figures Year 2024 as well as the Determination of Public Service Standards on Integrated Statistical Services (PST). The event was held at the Aceh Regional Library Hall and attended by various representatives of the Aceh Government Work Unit (SKPA), vertical agencies, institutions, and mass media.
The event, which has become an annual agenda, aims to open a discussion space for participants to provide suggestions for a higher quality publication of Aceh Dalam Angka.
Aceh Dalam Angka is the most widely accessed flagship product and presents various types of data sourced from BPS and other institutions. "Aceh Dalam Angka is not just a publication belonging to BPS Aceh, but the work and property of all of us", said Ahmadriswan Nasution, Head of BPS Aceh.
The event continued with an FGD on the Establishment of Public Service Standards for Integrated Statistical Services (PST) of BPS Aceh. Public Service Standards are prepared to provide the widest possible access to information to make it easier for the public to reach statistical services. As part of the determination, Ahmadriswan read and signed the service edict witnessed by the Head of Ombudsman Representative of Aceh, Dian Rubianty.
The second FGD was preceded by the signing of a cooperation agreement between BPS Aceh and the Aceh Library and Archives Agency (DPKA).
